Data may be shared with relevant parties—including hospitals, embassies, law enforcement, or your designated next of kin—only in the event of an emergency, serious welfare concern, or as required by law.
All personal data will be handled with strict confidentiality and reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the administrator, where applicable under PDPA.
Emergency disclosure of information may be permitted without prior consent where necessary to protect life, health, or safety, in accordance with PDPA provisions.
