Account and data deletion — ThaiTrack

You can request deletion of your ThaiTrack account and all associated data, or request deletion of specific data without closing your account. Use the steps below.

1. Delete my ThaiTrack account and all associated data

To permanently delete your ThaiTrack account and all data linked to it:

  1. Send an email to support@thaitrack.app from the email address linked to your ThaiTrack account.
  2. Use the subject line Account deletion request.
  3. We will verify your identity and process the request within 3 days (72 hours).
  4. We will confirm by email once your account and associated data have been deleted.

After deletion, your account cannot be recovered. Any remaining data is handled as described in “What we may keep” and “Retention” below.

2. Request deletion of specific data (without deleting my account)

To delete only some of your data and keep using ThaiTrack:

  1. Email support@thaitrack.app from your account email.
  2. Specify which data you want deleted (e.g. a specific immigration profile, documents, reminders, linked portal credentials, bank balance records, or AI conversation history).
  3. We will process your request within 3 days (72 hours) and confirm what was deleted.

You can continue using ThaiTrack with your remaining data.

We process deletion requests within 3 days (72 hours). Backups are purged within 90 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
