About ThaiTrack
Is ThaiTrack a government app?
No. ThaiTrack is an independent app built by Edgewater Online. It is not affiliated with the Thai Immigration Bureau or any government agency. It links to the official portals, and you file there yourself.
Does ThaiTrack file my 90-day report or TM30 for me?
No. ThaiTrack opens the official site in the app. With Sabai, it can save your login and fill in what it can from your profile. You check the details and tap Submit. We never file on your behalf.
Is ThaiTrack legal advice?
No. ThaiTrack works out dates from the rules as they're commonly applied and from what you enter. Immigration offices sometimes apply rules differently. For questions about your own case, ask your local immigration office or a qualified adviser.
Is ThaiTrack available on iPhone?
ThaiTrack is available on Android now. The iPhone app is coming soon.
Is ThaiTrack free?
Everything you need to stay on top of your own deadlines is free. Sabai, ThaiTrack's membership for households, saved portal logins, and office kits, is for people who manage more.
Dates and reminders
How does ThaiTrack work out my 90-day report date?
It counts 90 days from your last entry into Thailand, or from your last 90-day report, whichever is more recent. If you log a new entry, the count starts again from that date.
When will I be reminded?
For a 90-day report, from 15 days before the due date until the window closes 7 days after it. For a visa extension, 30 to 45 days before your permission to stay ends. For TM30, as soon as you log an arrival or a change of address. You can set quiet hours and choose push, email, or both.
What happens to my dates when I leave Thailand?
Log your exit and your return in the travel log. A new entry starts a new 90-day period, so ThaiTrack moves your next report date. If you hold an extension or a non-immigrant visa, the departure planner reminds you to check your re-entry permit before you go.
Who is responsible for filing TM30?
By law, the house owner, landlord, or hotel files TM30 within 24 hours of a foreigner arriving at the address. In practice, many immigration offices ask to see the TM30 receipt when you file a 90-day report or an extension, so it's worth checking that it's been done. ThaiTrack reminds you to check, and keeps the receipt with your documents.
Your data
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your account and documents are stored with Supabase, our database and storage provider. Each account can see only its own data, and saved portal logins are encrypted before they're stored. We don't show ads, use advertising trackers, or sell your data. Full details are in our privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. That removes your login, the profiles you own, documents, reminders, and travel entries. If you can't sign in, email support@thaitrack.app from your account address with the subject "Account deletion request", and we'll handle it within 3 days.
Sabai
What is Sabai?
Sabai, Thai for "at ease", is ThaiTrack's optional membership: household profiles, saved portal login, and ready-made office kits. Everything you need for your own deadlines stays free. See pricing for the full comparison.
Can I manage my family or my staff?
Yes. The free plan covers one profile. With Sabai, you can add unlimited profiles, organise them into groups, and see everyone's dates on one dashboard. Sponsors can also schedule check-ins and get a digest of upcoming dates.
