What ThaiTrack does

ThaiTrack is built around one job: knowing what's due for your stay in Thailand, and being ready for it. Everything else on this page supports that.

One list of everything that's due

Your 90-day report, TM30, visa, passport, and re-entry permit dates live in one list, sorted by what's due first. Reminders come by push and email, with quiet hours, so you hear about a date in time to act on it, not at 3 a.m.

90-day reports, worked out for you

ThaiTrack works out your next report date from your last entry or your last report. You get a reminder when the filing window opens, 15 days before the due date, and follow-ups until the window closes 7 days after it. Open the official TM47 portal from the app, file, and mark it done.

TM30, without the guesswork

TM30 has to be filed within 24 hours of arriving at an address. When you log an arrival or a new address, ThaiTrack reminds you to check it's been done, and keeps the receipt with your documents. Your address, lease, and landlord details stay in one place for every form that asks for them.

Renewals on your radar

ThaiTrack reminds you 30 to 45 days before your permission to stay ends, so you have time to gather documents. Passport expiry is tracked too. Re-entry permit reminders help make sure a trip abroad doesn't cancel your visa.

A travel log that keeps your dates right

Record each entry and exit. A new entry restarts your 90-day period, and ThaiTrack updates your dates to match. You'll see how many days you've spent in Thailand this year and, if your stay has run out, an estimate of the overstay fine.

Overstay estimates use the published rate of 500 THB per day, capped at 20,000 THB. Guidance only, not legal advice.

Your papers, ready when the office asks

Store your passport, visa pages, entry stamps, TM30 and 90-day receipts, and insurance certificates. Add expiry dates and ThaiTrack watches them for you. Immigration Day Kits pull the right documents into one pack for a 90-day report, an extension, a re-entry permit, or a retirement renewal.

Know you're ready before your appointment

Track your bank balance against the amount your renewal usually needs, keep health insurance current, and see what's still missing in one readiness checklist. Cost of stay puts monthly costs and typical office fees side by side.

Leave without losing your visa

A short checklist before you fly. Check your re-entry permit, your 90-day timing, your insurance, and your return date against your visa expiry.

Look after family and staff

Add a profile for each person you're responsible for and see everyone's dates together. Sponsors and families can schedule check-ins, keep an emergency card with blood type, allergies, preferred hospital, and next of kin, and get a digest of upcoming dates.
