ThaiTrack helps you track Thai immigration deadlines, documents, and reminders. It is not a law firm, not an immigration agent, and not a substitute for the official portal or an immigration officer. ThaiTrack is not affiliated with the Thai Immigration Bureau or any government agency. You are responsible for what you submit to the government.

The service

Deadline reminders, the travel log, opening an official portal, and marking a deadline done stay available on the free plan. Sabai — household, saved portal login, and office kits — adds convenience and scale: more profiles, saved portal login with prefill, evidence packs beyond the 90-day pack, more document storage, the full readiness checklist, and sponsor tools. You still tap Login and Submit yourself. ThaiTrack does not file forms for you.

Sabai membership

Sabai (ThaiTrack Sabai) is sold in the app as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and currency are the ones shown by the store at purchase, for the monthly or yearly period you select. A free trial, when the store offers one, applies to the yearly plan and only if that store says you are eligible.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Family Sharing is not offered. A purchase is tied to the ThaiTrack account you are signed in with, and the same Sabai membership is honored on both stores for that account.

When Sabai ends, ThaiTrack does not delete your profiles, documents, or reminders. New items past the free limits, and Sabai-only actions such as saving a portal login, stop until you subscribe again.

Accounts and acceptable use

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not use ThaiTrack to break the law, to submit false information to an authority, or to interfere with the service.
